About
I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, immersed in a rich cultural and relational landscape.
Early on, I became deeply curious about how culture, creativity, and identity influence the way we connect, express ourselves, and make sense of our world. These roots continue to guide how I listen, connect, and relate in my work as a therapist.
After immigrating to the United States, my academic path began at Santa Monica College and continued with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Cal State Northridge. I later earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My training often weaves together depth psychology,
creativity, and relational work.
In my free time, I love creating ambient music, wandering outdoors and curling up at home with my cats Indi and Moonie.

Process
I seek to create a safe, humorous
and collaborative space for clients to explore their capacity for greater insight, clarity and self‑awareness.
My approach is authentic and relational. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and often draw from depth psychology and attachment-based therapy principles, adapting each session to my clients’ unique needs and strengths.
With an artistic attunement and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, I also enjoy working with clients who seek to understand personal creative blocks, as well as utilize music and the arts as powerful allies to deepen subconscious explorations.

Internal Family Systems Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS), also referred to as ‘parts work’ is an evidence-based model of psychotherapy.
The premise behind this model suggests that a person’s psyche is comprised by a multiplicity of parts (sub-personalities) that hold different emotions, beliefs, and behaviors.
These parts, along with a core Self, interact and influence our experiences, thoughts, and behaviors. IFS therapy aims to help individuals understand and collaborate with their parts, fostering a sense of unity, balance and compassionate self-leadership.
I am a trained IFS therapist through the Internal Family Systems model and have received a level 1 certification.
